Dave started his career in 1989 as the National Sales Manager at Saucony in Peabody, MA. He quickly moved up the corporate ladder, accepting the position as Account Developer Director and then moving to Germany to take over as International Sales Manager where he was responsible for the growth of Saucony's European business. He eventually moved back to the states with his wife, Joan, and two daughters, Kelly and Jennifer. After a very fulfilling 17 years with the company, Dave decided that his passion for cycling should be more than a hobby. He transitioned into the cycling industry after accepting a position at Serotta Competition Bicycles as Director of Sales. At Serotta, Dave worked with over 100 dealers worldwide to increase sales and brand awareness, he was part of a team that delivered the best recorded Serotta Sales for two consecutive fiscal years, and he learned the ins/outs of the cycling industry. After four years at Serotta, Dave decided that it was time to create a company whose primary focus is to support cycling enthusiasts from around the world who want to step away from the ordinary, find the best equipment available, and take their cycling experience to new heights on a daily basis. When not in the office or on his bike, Dave can be found in his rowing shell, enjoying a cold Ommegang beer with his partner-in-crime/wife, or reading the latest Brad Thor book.
Jen is the mastermind behind Powers Endurance Sports' website, social media pages, and marketing efforts. Her enthusiasm and passion for digital media makes her an asset to the company. When not in the office, Jen can be found swimming laps, taking the office assistant for walks, and making her famous fish tacos.
Bear is the office trouble-maker. His youthful energy has brought a lot of fun and memories to the office. Bear enjoys chewing on bones, furniture, and anything else that will fit in his mouth.
